Thanks for the video. Have you tried out YouTube’s feature that automatically tries to add captions (it usually gets a decent match to the audio of a clear speaker). Also, Changing Ireland magazine reckons they have typed up the whole speech, you could perhaps add that to the description for the hard of hearing).
